Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the lodge was quite enjoyable overall. The beautiful junior suites offered breathtaking views of the valley and the Aberdares Range, and the ambiance was perfect for our family gathering. However, I think they could improve their Wi-Fi and electric power backups since we faced some issues during our stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience with lots of fun for the family.
My stay at the resort was simply incredible! The serene environment and beautiful surroundings made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, adding a personal touch to our experience. While the dining options were limited due to catering for conferences, the overall amenities were impressive. One downside was the lack of an adequate gym, which would have enhanced our fitness options during the stay.
My stay at The Great Rift Valley Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. The staff provided remarkable service, and the meals catered to various dietary needs were delicious. The rooms offered a perfect view of the forest and were spacious, making for a comfortable experience. It's quite secluded, which is ideal for relaxation, although I wished there were more activities for evening entertainment.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with great food and excellent service from Anthony and the rest of the staff. The ambiance was lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed the sporting activities available. However, the experience at the spa left much to be desired, as the service was disappointing and communication was lacking. Overall, it was a great holiday despite the hiccups.
I had a disappointing experience at the Oilepo cottage. Although it had potential, the overall service and communication about additional charges left a bad taste. In contrast, another stay at a beautiful lodge exceeded expectations with its stunning views and impressive amenities. I enjoyed the golf course and the attentive service throughout my time there.
